Terms and Conditions
The delivery lead time for Europlan products is as follows:-

Product Lead time from receipt of order for dispatch
Vertical Filing Cabinets – Standard colours 5-7 Working Days
Cupboards – Standard colours 5-7 Working Days
Pedestals 5-7 Working Days
Tambours – Standard Sizes 10-15 Working Days
Stationery Cabinets 10-15 Working Days
Eurotilts 10-15 Working Days
Lockers 10-15 Working Days
Pigeonholes 10-15 Working Days
Shelving 10-15 Working Days

Returns Policy
Europlan Industries Limited supplies products to Customers upon receipt of firm authorised Purchase Orders and endeavours to ensure delivery of quality products, in full, on time and in specification.

Europlan will not accept product returns in the following cases:

• Tambour cabinets, tambour accessories, tambour and shelving cannot be returned as these are made to order.
• Products which are not standard and is a special design or special colour cannot be returned.
• Product which has been accepted by customer and has been signed as and in good condition cannot be returned.

Europlan will accept product returns in the following cases:
• Product supplied by Europlan Industries (e.g wrong product, wrong specification, wrong colour, wrong configuration, etct)
• Wrong quantity supplied by Europlan Industries (e.g. oversupplied)
• Defective products supplied by Europlan Industries (i.e. products fail to perform in accordance with specifications)
• Goods can be returned if the product supplied is not as specified in the written order of customer either in terms of product specifications or quantity.
• Filing cabinets of standard colours and cupboards of standard colours can be returned however the following re-stocking fees would apply
• Filing cabinets & Cupboards $50.00 per unit + Freight

Minimum Order Levels
Due to escalating charges in freight and surcharges we find ourselves in the position of needing to apply freight on some of the orders. For orders with value of less than $125.00 freight charges are applicable. The charges are:
• The shipping charge for keys or clips would be $7.00 + GST
• Any other products with a value of less than $150.00 surcharge would be $25.00 + GST
